YourSiteNeedsMe LLC has no responsibility under this section for claims arising from: (i) the grossly negligent or willful acts of Client; (ii) Client Materials, (iii) Third Party IP, (iv) trademark infringement, or (v) claims related to talent and location releases for Client personnel and properties.
