I brought my car into Schaumburg Ford for service, due to a concern with the battery. My advisor (Jeff) provided very good service, and the mechanic performed a thorough inspection with no issues found. The car has been starting fine without any issues. Since, I purchased the car at this dealership, Jeff didn't charge for they're time and effort. Overall, I continue to be pleased with the service at Schaumburg Ford.

Justin did an excellent job. He was very efficient and explained thoroughly what he did. The one thing that could improve for this service was the timing established in advance for me. I stayed home from 7 to 11 am, and I was called at about 10:40 am and told that he would be there shortly. I suggest that the service provider could make a phone call first thing in the morning and establish a closer time frame for the service. For example, he could explain that he would be at my home closer to 11 am, and, that would have allowed me to leave my home early, say from 7 to 9 am or even 8 to 10 am.
