Honey Do List - Equity Upgrade

Congratulations on upgrading your Equity website with YourSiteNeedsMe! Before we can begin we need some information from you to be able to start your upgrade. It is important that you fill out the form below as completely as possible. Work will not begin on your site until this form is completed. Once the form is completed we will set up your project in Teamwork where you can then view all ongoing work.

  • Depending on what theme you chose above we may need additional information or photos. You can choose to have us pick the photos for you or you can choose to send us the photos you want. If you would like to send us the photos you want then we will send you a separate email asking for this info once your project is active. Examples of this may be the main photo(s) on the home page of your site & the community photos. We offer all clients the ability to choose any stock photography from BigStockPhoto.com at no additional cost.
