Why do I need to fill out this form?

Before we can install iHomefinder we need some information from you so we can get your MLS paperwork done and details for your setup. During this process we will be changing the IDX on your live site so that once everything is complete it will be ready to use immediately. Some of the information below may not seem relevant if you have had your IDX account for a long time but it is still important to us to make sure we do not miss anything. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless YourSiteNeedsMe LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of photography not licensed by you or b) any claim that the Deliverables infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. YourSiteNeedsMe LLC has no responsibility under this section for claims arising from: (i) the grossly negligent or willful acts of Client; (ii) Client Materials, (iii) Third Party IP, (iv) trademark infringement, or (v) claims related to talent and location releases for Client personnel and properties.

I Agree to the Indemnity Clause and that the content I have provided to YourSiteNeedsMe LLC is my own, owned by me or that I have purchased the rights to. Any future content I add to my website is my own responsiblity.
