Enjoy the vacation of your dreams at The Morningwood Manor Lakefront House! This gorgeous Lake Olcott vacation rental is located on a chain of 9 lakes. You will love the open floorpan with large windows showing a beautiful lakeview. The house sleeps 6 guests with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and a full size pull out sofa. Vaulted ceiling in main living area, full bath offers large walk-in tiled shower, convenient laundry space and plenty of closet space too. The gorgeous kitchen has top of the line appliances and fully stocked cupboards so you can enjoy quiet dinners inside or outside on the patio with your friends or family while enjoying spectacular sunrises and sunsets on the lake. The inside was completely renovated/rebuilt in 2012 so no dealing with that musty smell of older lakefront rentals. Two sliding doors step out onto a spacious concrete patio, shade provided by a retractable awning as needed.
This home has 40′ of sandy bottom lake frontage which is perfect for swimming right out front! It is also shallow enough for kids and has 2 steps with a handrail to easily step down from the seawall.
The home includes: wifi, smart TV, washer & dryer, gas grill, fire pit, and dock for your boat! Need a boat for the weekend? Butterfields Landing rents on this chain of 9 lakes.
It is conveniently located and only 10 mins to multiple local Wineries, tons of antique stores, local shops, Shadys Pub, Irish Hills and the Michigan International Speedway.

We had the BEST time at The Morningwood! I loved waking up to have coffee on the patio and watch the sun rise. And the neighbors were a blast! We will definitely visit again!
Great place. Clean and very nice inside and out. We rented a pontoon and spent the weekend cruising the lake. The kids loved it. Would definitely recommend.
Rented the Morningwood for a long girls weekend and can’t say enough how much fun we had! Spent the weekend shopping in town and exploring the wineries. We really enjoyed the fire pit out back each night as well! The next door “neighbors” were a hoot too! We will be back for round 2 next year!
